Returns, refunds and shipping

Returns and refunds

• You can ask to return a print within 30 days of delivery.
• Returns need Marc's written OK first. Send Marc a message to arrange a return.
• Refunds cover the print price when the print comes back undamaged.
• Shipping and gallery packing are not refunded, and the buyer pays return shipping.
• Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used at checkout.

Damaged in shipping

• If your print arrives damaged, message Marc within 30 days of delivery and he will replace it.

Shipping

• Each print is made to order and takes one to two weeks before it ships.
• Orders ship to US addresses only, by UPS with tracking. A signature is required on delivery.
• Free shipping and gallery packing on orders placed by November 30 (normally $60 shipping plus $59 packing). The full total is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Prints ship mounted flat and unframed.

Matching prints

• Prints of the same image ordered at different times can vary slightly in density and contrast, because each one is made by hand. If you want matching prints, order them together.
